The challenges faced by black women in maintaining our health are numerous and unique, creating distinct challenges that are often gone unrecognized.

The health and wellness industry has historically not been catered to or emphasized in our communities.

Wellness Bestie Chicago is meant to redefine wellness and invite every woman to embrace a journey that celebrates identity, resilience, and beauty. We are creating a space where black women can not only navigate challenges together but build a wellness-led community.
